Self Management

We plan to manage our association (budgeting, bookkeeping, meeting scheduling…) and commonly owned areas (maintenance, landscaping…) in-house rather than contracting this work out to third parties.  Each adult property owner will be expected to contribute in some way to this effort.  Participation might include serving in HOA leadership positions (chair, secretary, treasurer…), coordinating work parties, or maintaining the grounds and common buildings.  For those unable to participate in the self management of the community, an option to ‘pay in lieu of participation’ will be available.
