Site Plan

The 1.84 acre site has been laid out so the community will have a welcoming presence on NE Going Street.  The common building and garden are centrally located at natural crossing points in the pedestrian circulation pattern, while vehicular parking is located on the periphery of the site.  Homes are clustered onto relatively small lots so substantial portions of the site can remain as open space.  Existing mature trees are preserved where possible.
