Cully Grove is an old-fashioned neighborhood built in a new-fashioned way. We are a 16-unit family-friendly cohousing community. We’re situated on nearly two acres in the Cully neighborhood of Northeast Portland. Our community is oriented around care for each other, our broader community, and the earth, and our physical space centers our abundant garden and open green space. Our townhome condos are built sustainably, equipped with solar power, and share a Common House for guests and gatherings. We also share a workshop and secure bike parking for everyone in the community. We come together regularly for shared celebrations, community meals, and monthly work parties. Car parking is at the edge of the community to foster more community interaction on the walking paths woven between our two courtyards and Common House.
